Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking

Program Description: The Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking course will train you on the advanced step- by-step methodologies that hackers actually use, such as writing virus codes, and reverse engineering, so you can better protect corporate infrastructure from data breaches. This ethical hacking course will help you master advanced network packet analysis and advanced system penetration testing techniques to build your network security skill-set and beat hackers at their own game.

Learning Objectives:

This course is an information systems security auditing program focusing on latest security threats, advanced attack vectors and practical real time demonstration of latest hacking techniques, methodologies, tools, tricks and security measures. Students will learn how to scan, test, hack and secure target systems. The course covers the Five Phases of Ethical Hacking, diving into Reconnaissance, Gaining Access, Enumeration, Maintaining Access, and covering tracks.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, or pass the ability to benefit (ATB) test. In order to determine ability to benefit, the Wonderlic Basic Skills test will be given to all students who do not have a High School Diploma or GED.
