IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM: The government/grant funding offices paying for your education are completely different from the school and have their own process and timelines. There is no guarantee that the funding process will be completed in time for a particular class date. Students are moved to the next available class date if the funding does not come through in time for the current class. You cannot start the program unless you get approved for funding. The school works with different funding sources. While all of them pay for your CNA education, some pay for additional items depending on available funding. In the same class, there may be students funded by different programs and some may be receiving additional items beyond the tuition fee. You can be funded by only one agency for your CNA education. If your application is sent to multiple funding agencies, upon getting funded by the first one, the school will stop activities with other funding sources. Due to the extreme popularity of the free CNA program, it may take 7-10 business days for us to review your application. Your application will be reviewed in the order it is received. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer your phone calls. Leave us a voicemail message and we will return your call in 3-4 business days. For faster response, send us an email at info@procareer.org clearly describing what you need from us. From the time of enrollment till completion, you will receive multiple emails with detailed, step by step instructions for tasks you have to do on your own. The school is unable to provide assistance on the phone due to all the little details involved. You are responsible for reading every email you receive pertaining to your CNA enrollment. If you reach out for help on a particular issue, we may re-send the same email with instructions. Please be ready to provide the documents listed above as applicable to you. By submitting application forms and your documents, you are agreeing to the above conditions.
